Key Responsibilities : 

• Manage Company Financials delivery within the Equity Capital Markets team across global delivery centers.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of company financial reports and related financial information.

• Apply knowledge of capital markets products, including company financial reports, broker and analyst reports, and fixed-income products such as corporate bonds.

• Lead and manage teams of approximately 100–200 employees across different locations, time zones, and cultures.

• Lead client meetings, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee client-defined SLAs and internal performance metrics.

• Act as the delivery owner and primary point of contact for client-related matters.

• Analyze daily performance indicators and drive continuous performance improvement.

• Provide leadership, coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

• Manage the cluster’s P&L and support business planning.

• Plan staffing, resource allocation, and training requirements.

• Identify new business opportunities and support effort estimation, validation, and pricing.

• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, collaboration, and respect.

Qualifications : 

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, ICWA, or CA.

• Strong understanding of equity capital markets, financial information products, and financial reporting.

• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial data and financial statements.

• Proven experience managing large teams and global delivery operations.

• Strong analytical, business judgment, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent client management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage conflicts, mentor teams, and take ownership of business outcomes.
