Job Summary
The Delivery Manager - HRIS is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations delivery

with a strong focus on HRIS platforms and payroll compliance. The role ensures seamless

service delivery across HR processes by leveraging Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors

systems, while maintaining adherence to US payroll statutory requirements. This position

plays a key role in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous process

transformation in a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead end-to-end HR service delivery with focus on HRIS-driven operations

 Ensure SLA and KPI adherence across HR processes and service lines

 Manage US payroll statutory compliance including taxation, reporting, and

regulatory adherence

 Oversee implementation, enhancement, and utilization of HRIS platforms (Oracle

HRMS, SuccessFactors)

 Drive system optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives

 Engage with clients and stakeholders for governance reviews and service

improvement

 Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness

 Act as escalation point for HRIS and payroll-related issues

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Finance)

Required Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, IT, Finance or related field; HRIS or payroll certifications

preferred

Experience Requirements
12+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS delivery, or HRO service management with

exposure to payroll and system implementation

Key Skills & Competencies
 Strong expertise in HRIS platforms (Oracle HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors)

 Knowledge of US payroll statutory requirements and compliance

 Leadership and delivery management capability

 Strong stakeholder and client management

 Analytical and problem-solving skills

 Process improvement and automation mindset

 High ownership and accountability

Tools & Systems
Oracle HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll), Reporting & Analytics tools

Stakeholder Interaction

Clients, HR leadership, Payroll teams, IT teams, Finance teams, Vendors, Internal delivery
