Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations within an HRO environment. The role will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across global payroll programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US Payroll, payroll compliance, client delivery, and HRIS platforms such as Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Service Delivery

Lead end-to-end payroll service delivery across global HRO programs.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, governance frameworks, and payroll timelines.
Oversee the complete payroll lifecycle, including gross-to-net processing, reconciliations, and year-end activities.
Ensure payroll accuracy, timely processing, and audit readiness.

US Payroll & Compliance

Manage US payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Oversee tax filing, reporting, deductions, and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor payroll controls and resolve compliance-related issues.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the key point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
Lead governance meetings, service reviews, performance discussions, and reporting.
Manage escalations and complex payroll scenarios.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and external partners.

Team Leadership & Operations

Lead and manage payroll delivery teams and cross-functional resources.
Drive accountability, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery.
Monitor team performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.

Process Improvement & Transformation

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Drive payroll transformation and operational efficiency initiatives.
Support implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes.

Required Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Payroll certifications such as CPP or FPC are preferred.
Strong experience in payroll operations, HRO delivery, or service management.
Experience in US Payroll processing and compliance.
Experience managing client delivery and large-scale payroll operations.
