Role Name Delivery Leader /Partner

Reporting to Delivery Head

Preferred Experience Range 15+ years of Relevant experience

Location Chennai (Spencer)

Shift Timings General Shift / India Banking days working

Band 7

Responsibilities:

 Domain Leader with excellent Banking knowledge (India Payments Domain) to manage the

process & operations teams. Knowledge of RTGS, NEFT, SWIFT, IMPS desired.

 Effective coordination with client stakeholders to discuss business critical volumes, service

metrics, complaints management

 Analyzing & driving Cost and revenue opportunities projects.

 Single point of management for all critical operational elements – People, Process & Client.

 Manage account P&L, delivery on committed revenue goals and bring innovative solutions for cost

optimization

 Deliver on account transformation goals using all available transformational levers including digital

solutions, cognitive automation as well as drive operations led efficiencies

 Develop collaterals to position the account for high client satisfaction

 Drive account / domain growth and handle complex transitions for quicker process stabilization

 Amplify our contextual mastery through creation of showcaseable case studies in collaboration

with the Operations Delivery Leads

 Perform other duties or participates in special projects as assigned.

 Tacking & Monitoring the Financials and timely coordinating & updating the change control

documents.

Essential Requirements

 Graduate / Post-graduate in any domain.

 At least 15+ years of Banking related experience.

 Sound knowledge & understanding of operational procedures in Payment, Receivables and

Account opening process. (RTGS, NEFT, IMPS)

 Ability to identify opportunities to optimize / transform processes through Lean, Green belt or

Automation projects.

 Ability to understand Market/Industry trends and derive meaningful insights.

 Experience of Transformation delivery in business operations and familiar with transformation

tools / technology and Industry best-practices would be an added advantage

 Strong written and verbal communication- English and presentation skills

 Ability to prioritize & organize tasks and manage time effectively

 Willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced work environment

 Flexible to work and manage 24*7 operations.
