About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Direct Sourcing Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will execute sourcing activities, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, analyze commercial proposals, and ensure timely procurement of materials while meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Location : Hyderabad, India
Experience : 2–7 Years
Salary Up to ₹9 LPA
Band : BPO 2 / BPO 3
Key Responsibilities
Execute sourcing events for assigned direct procurement categories.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and technical specifications.
Support supplier evaluation, onboarding, and documentation processes.
Track purchase commitments, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
Maintain procurement records, supplier data, pricing, and contract documentation.
Analyze spend data, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities to drive cost savings.
Participate in supplier review meetings and follow up on action plans and escalations.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and supplier management processes.
Required Skills
2–7 years of experience in Direct Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Category Management.
Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
Experience in supplier coordination and material planning.
Knowledge of sourcing, bid analysis, contract tracking, and negotiation support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Supply continuity and policy compliance.
