2. Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead employee master data management activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organisational policies and audit requirements. The role involves managing SAP HCM and Employee Central transactions, performing reconciliations, conducting root cause analysis, preparing MIS reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Key Responsibilities : 

• Perform and review employee master data processing activities.

• Manage employee master data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central.

• Perform data reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring data issues.

• Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, SOX, and audit requirements.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.

• Support process improvements and data quality initiatives.

7. Qualifications :

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in employee master data management.

• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central.

• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification is preferred.

• Exposure to data quality and governance frameworks is an advantage.
