The Opportunity

Take the lead in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, and FP&A service delivery while partnering with senior stakeholders to turn complex financial data into actionable business insights.

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A professional with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial modelling skills who can drive team performance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Lead FP&A delivery, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.
Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement.
Drive annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans.
Analyse financial performance, trends and variances to support business decisions.
Translate complex financial models into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Manage stakeholder and customer relationships, including senior business leaders.
Establish and monitor FP&A KPIs, SLAs and service delivery metrics.
Support financial reporting, business intelligence and ad-hoc analysis.
Drive process improvements, automation and finance transformation initiatives.
Leverage Oracle ERP/EPM, Hyperion, Power BI and advanced Excel to improve reporting and planning capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of relevant Finance/FP&A experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
Proven people management and team leadership experience.
Strong stakeholder, customer and SLA management skills.
Experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion/Oracle EPM, Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Strong financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and business partnering capabilities.
CPA, CFA or MBA is an advantage.
