Job Title : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Senior Finance Professional

Job Description : 

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience in P&L ownership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

• Manage P&L performance and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.

• Drive working capital management and cash flow forecasting.

• Support zero-based budgeting and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Prepare financial reports, management insights, and performance reviews.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial controls and business performance.

Qualifications :

• CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA in Finance from a premier institute.

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or business finance.

• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial analysis.

• Experience in FMCG, tobacco, or similar industries is preferred.

• Experience with leading professional services firms is an advantage.
