About the role

We are hiring a Delivery Operations Associate Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for a global client. You will manage a team of finance analysts, turn financial data into insight for senior stakeholders, and keep planning cycles accurate and on time. The role suits a senior finance professional with 10 to 15 years of experience and a CA, CMA, CFA, CPA or MBA (Finance) from a premier institute.

Key responsibilities (drafted by me, please verify)

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range planning cycles
  
• Prepare and review monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary
  
• Partner with business and finance leaders to explain performance drivers and risks
  
• Build and maintain financial models, KPIs and dashboards
  
• Manage, coach and develop a team of FP&A analysts and senior analysts

Required qualifications and experience

• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and variance analysis skills
  
• Advanced Excel and experience with planning and reporting tools
