FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

We are hiring experienced FP&A professionals with 10–15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. The role requires strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P&L ownership, business partnering, working capital management and cash flow forecasting.

Key Requirements:
• 10–15 years of relevant FP&A experience
• CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA (Finance) from a premier institute
• Strong experience in P&L ownership and financial controlling
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Experience in working capital management and cash flow forecasting
• Strong business partnering and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good knowledge of financial modelling and management reporting
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Candidates from KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY, FMCG or Tobacco industries preferred
• Sales and Marketing profiles are not considered
