Job Title: FP&A – Senior Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Senior Lead to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business intelligence activities. The role involves managing a team, partnering with senior stakeholders, and leveraging Oracle ERP / Oracle EPM to improve financial planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end FP&A lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Establish and monitor FP&A KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery metrics.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
Partner with senior leadership and business unit heads to provide strategic financial insights.
Prepare and consolidate annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
Build and review integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow models.
Provide financial analysis for investments, pricing, profitability, resource allocation, and business decisions.
Drive standardization and automation of financial reporting processes.
Act as the business champion for Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM.
Partner with IT teams to develop automated reporting and executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
9+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, financial planning, or strategic finance.
At least 3–4 years of people management or regional delivery experience.
Advanced expertise in Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM is mandatory.
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Essbase, and Smart View is preferred.
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.
Experience in Service Delivery Management, SLA management, and executive stakeholder management.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or CA is an added advantage.
