Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Team Lead to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  Analyze current and historical trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.

  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and investigate unexpected variances.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Manage and enhance budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and financial modeling tools.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, along with ad hoc financial analysis.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboard reports.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Evaluate business processes to improve efficiency and assess ROI for marketing programs, pricing decisions, new rollouts, and projects.

  Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Analyze complex financial data and provide accurate, timely recommendations to management.

  Support senior management and department heads with detailed financial insights for decision-making.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and reporting quality.
  
  
  
  

Required Skills

  Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Strong understanding of financial reporting and business performance metrics.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Result-oriented approach with attention to detail and accuracy.

  Knowledge of Oracle Financials is an added advantage.

  English, French, and German, as specified for the role.
  
  
  
  

Educational Qualifications

  Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  CA/CPA qualification highly preferred.
