Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Team Lead to manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, financial modelling expertise, and the ability to provide actionable financial insights to senior management and business stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

• Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.

• CA / CPA highly preferred.

• High standards of accuracy, precision, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze current and historical trends in key financial indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditure.

2. Monitor financial performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze the causes of unexpected variances.

3. Oversee and manage the development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and financial modelling tools.

4. Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports.

5. Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.

6. Implement and work with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard reports.

7. Evaluate business processes to improve performance, drive efficiencies, and assess ROI for marketing programs, menu pricing, new rollouts, and projects.

8. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic business initiatives.

9. Analyze complex financial information and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.

10. Support senior management and department heads with detailed financial analysis and decision-making insights.
