Job Title : FP&A Team Lead – Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description : 

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Team Lead to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will analyze financial trends, identify variances, develop reporting tools, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

Experience : 3–8 yrs

Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Required Skills : 

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

3. Variance Analysis and Financial Performance Monitoring

4. Monthly/Quarterly Reporting and Business Intelligence Dashboards

Key Responsibilities : 

• Analyze current and historical financial trends across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditure.

• Monitor key performance indicators and investigate unexpected financial variances.

• Support the development and continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, operating plans, and financial models.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, along with ad hoc analyses.

• Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.

• Evaluate business processes, project performance, and return on investment to identify improvement opportunities.

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

• Interpret complex financial information and provide timely recommendations to management.

• Partner with senior management and department heads to deliver meaningful fin

Qualifications : 

• Postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CA or CPA qualification is highly preferred.

• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• High standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization.

• Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Knowledge of Oracle is an added advantage.
