German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German)
We are looking for an experienced German Language Processor Lead to join a global HR Shared Services team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations, HR service delivery, and German language support.
Responsibilities
- Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support for German-speaking employees.
- Manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations.
- Process onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, leave administration, and offboarding activities.
- Support HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
- Partner with global HR teams to deliver excellent employee support.
- Mentor HR Operations team members and drive continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
8–10 years of HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience. - German language proficiency (B2/C1 or above).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Workday Certification
- Goethe German Certification
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹11–12 LPA
