About Role
We are looking for experienced Collections Associates to join an International Voice Collections team in Gurgaon. If you have prior experience in B2B or B2C collections and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Qualifications
• Prior experience in International Voice Collections (B2B/B2C)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a 100% work-from-office setup
• Willing to work night shifts
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Key Responsibilities
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding payments
• Perform account maintenance activities
• Handle payment- and account-related queries from Accounts Payable teams
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Billing and Originations teams
• Process payment applications and maintain accurate records
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes
• Perform invoice reconciliation activities, including pre-bills, credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO changes, and adjustments
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and inventory analysis
• Complete daily operational tasks within defined service levels
