We are hiring Dutch Collections Associates to join an international collections team in Gurgaon. If you have experience in B2B/B2C International Voice Collections and are fluent in Dutch and English, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in International Voice Collections (B2B/B2C)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
* Experience handling customer payments, collections, and account-related queries
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
* Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and dispute resolution skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Willing to work from the Gurgaon office
* Flexible to work 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts

Key Responsibilities

* Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding payments
* Perform account maintenance activities
* Handle payment and account-related queries from Accounts Payable teams
* Coordinate with internal teams, including Billing and Originations
* Process payment applications
* Investigate and resolve customer disputes
* Perform invoice reconciliation activities, including credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO changes, and adjustments
* Prepare and maintain basic Excel reports and inventory analysis
* Complete daily operational tasks within defined service levels
