We are looking for an experienced Learning Technology Specialist to join a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) team in Bangalore. If you have expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning technologies, and e-learning platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Experience: 4–8 Years
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including US shift support when required)

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (IT preferred; graduates from any discipline may apply)
* 4–8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Learning Technology, HR, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI
* Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, My Learning), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) such as Degreed, and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
* Experience integrating learning technologies with enterprise systems
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
* Willing to work from the Bangalore office
* Flexible to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including US shift schedules

Key Responsibilities

* Administer, maintain, and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related learning platforms
* Support integration of learning technologies with enterprise applications
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for learning platforms
* Collaborate with L&D teams to deliver technology-enabled learning solutions
* Monitor system performance, maintain data accuracy, and generate reports
* Curate and manage digital learning content, including course materials and assessments
* Analyze learner engagement and platform usage to improve learning effectiveness
* Ensure learning technologies and content comply with accessibility standards
* Partner with business stakeholders to support learning initiatives and achieve business outcomes
