About Role

We are looking for experienced Portuguese Language Experts to join a global operations team supporting invoice processing and business operations. If you are proficient in Portuguese and have experience with SAP Ariba, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (minimum 15 years of regular full-time education – 10+2+3) is mandatory
* Intermediate-level Portuguese language proficiency or a Degree in Portuguese Language
* Experience in translating, interpreting, and supporting Portuguese-speaking clients
* SAP Ariba experience is mandatory
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Journal Entries, and Reconciliation is an advantage
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
* Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

* Process invoices received in Portuguese and English and post them in SAP for approval
* Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain required invoice approvals
* Investigate and resolve invoice-related issues in Portuguese
* Respond to emails and tickets related to invoice processing
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes
* Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations
