TCS is hiring for **HR Operations Associate – German Language Support** in Bangalore. The role is open to candidates from any domain or background, provided they have completed at least **15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3)** and possess strong German speaking and writing skills. The role will support HR operations activities in the **Hire to Retire (HRO)** process and requires flexibility for 24/7 shift timings.

## Key Responsibilities

* Support **HR Operations / Hire to Retire (HRO)** process activities
* Handle communication and support tasks in **German language**
* Coordinate on HR operational activities and process-related tasks
* Work with internal teams while maintaining process accuracy and timelines
* Use **MS Office** for operational and reporting tasks
* Support day-to-day HR process execution in a work-from-office environment

## Required Skills

* Strong proficiency in **German speaking and writing**
* Good communication skills
* Experience or understanding of **HR Operations / Hire to Retire**
* Working knowledge of **MS Office**

## Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum **15 years of education** completed (**10 + 2 + 3**)
* Open to candidates from **any domain or background**
* Must hold **B2 / C1+ level certification in German language**

## Shift Timings

* **1 PM to 11 PM IST**
* Should be comfortable with **24/7 flexible shift timings**

## Preferred Candidate Profile

* Candidate with strong German communication skills

* Able to manage operational tasks with accuracy and professionalism

**PAN and DOB is required to create employee profile in the database**
**Graduation is compulsory**
**Former and/or current TCS/Tata employee is not accepted**
**Reject if "German" is not stated on CV**
**B2 German Language is required**
