About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Case Management to manage end-to-end disciplinary cases within a US HR environment. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Employee Relations, HR Case Management, HR Policy Interpretation, Employee Discipline, Attendance Management, US Labor Laws, and Stakeholder Management. You will provide HR policy guidance, resolve complex employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Case Management, or HR Shared Services
Proven experience managing end-to-end disciplinary cases in a US HR environment
Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Attendance Management, Call Avoidance, Job Abandonment, Unauthorized Absence, HR Policies, and Case Documentation
Experience providing HR policy guidance and supporting managers on employee relations matters
Good understanding of US labor laws, HR compliance, and disciplinary processes
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle client and employee calls
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
Ability to manage multiple cases independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
Willing to work US Shift from the Mumbai office
