Language Requirement: German language proficiency is mandatory with B1/B2 certification
Shift: Should be comfortable with Night and rotational shifts
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic professional for the HRO Learning & Development profile to support learning administration and training operations for global HR processes. The role involves coordinating learning activities, managing training records, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of learning programs while delivering high quality service in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations within the HRO environment.
• Coordinate training schedules, learning events, and stakeholder communication in German and English.
• Manage training nominations, learning records, completion tracking, and related documentation.
• Work with internal teams, managers, employees, and vendors to ensure seamless learning delivery.
• Maintain accuracy in reports, dashboards, and training administration activities.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.
• Handle learner queries and provide timely resolution for training-related requests.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in learning administration processes.
Required Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, shared services, or back-office operations.
• German language proficiency is mandatory.
• B1/B2 certification in German is compulsory.
• Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations will be preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and process orientation.
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work from office in Bangalore and support business requirements as applicable.
• Exposure to HR systems or learning platforms will be an added advantage.
