Indirect Sourcing Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, India | Work Setup: Onsite
Job Type: Full-time | Band: BPO 2/3 | Experience: 2–7 Years

Role Summary
Execute end-to-end sourcing and procurement for assigned indirect categories. Drive competitive sourcing, accurate documentation, supplier coordination, and compliance with procurement policies to support service requirements and savings.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Execution: Run sourcing events for indirect categories. Manage supplier communication, bid tabulation, and commercial evaluation support
- Stakeholder Coordination: Capture business requirements, service scope, timelines, and budget expectations from stakeholders
- Contracting & Onboarding: Support negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding as per governance standards
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain sourcing docs, commercial records, supplier master inputs, and approval trails. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit standards
- Supplier Management: Track performance, contract milestones, renewals, and issue resolution actions
- Analytics & Improvement: Analyze spend and supplier data to support savings and category insights. Drive continuous improvement in sourcing workflows, templates, and reporting
- Operations Support: Work with Procurement Ops and Finance to resolve PO, invoice, and service acceptance issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2–7 years in indirect procurement, sourcing ops, purchasing, or category support. [JD states 5–10 yrs preferred]
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field
- Core Skills: Tactical sourcing, Supplier communication, Commercial analysis, Contract administration, Spend reporting, Policy compliance, ERP systems, Stakeholder coordination
Key Success Measures
Sourcing cycle time, Documentation accuracy, Supplier responsiveness, Savings support, Compliance adherence, Stakeholder service quality
