Information Processing Specialist – Job Description
Job Summary
The Information Processing Specialist will support the US Corporate Annual Filing Project by reviewing client-provided information, accessing US state and jurisdiction government websites, and accurately updating or filing annual corporate information on behalf of clients. The role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets. The candidate will handle repetitive data-processing activities, validate information, identify discrepancies between client and state records, maintain filing trackers and reports, and ensure compliance with client guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- File or update annual corporate information.
- Review and validate client-provided data.
- Accurately update information on government portals.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between client and state records.
- Maintain filing trackers and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
- Experience in data processing, compliance, legal operations, or corporate filing processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with US corporate records, entity management, or regulatory compliance activities is preferred.
- Experience with web-based applications and government portals is preferred.
