ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring Insurance Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist for Nagpur and Pune locations. This is an Onsite role in US Shift - CST. If you have 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Receivables / Billing and prior experience in Insurance Brokerage or P and C Insurance, this is the right opportunity for you.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or Billing

- Prior experience in insurance brokerage or P and C insurance industry

- Working knowledge of insurance agency management systems like Benefit Point, Applied EPIC preferred

- Familiarity with systems like Applied Epic, AMS360, etc. preferred

- Basic understanding of insurance terms and billing cycles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook - Other system experience is a plus

- Willingness to work in US shift hours CST

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- High attention to detail and good time management

- Ability to execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines to meet SLA and quality standards
