About the Role
We're hiring International Voice Executives with experience in International Customer Service, UK Insurance, US Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Services, Pensions, and Voice Support. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have worked in the insurance domain and possess excellent English communication skills.
Candidates with UK or US Insurance experience, as well as those from international chat or email support who are willing to transition into a voice process, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for UK insurance-related services.
Assist customers with queries related to Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement, and Insurance Services.
Deliver exceptional customer service through voice and email channels.
Respond to customer queries using approved communication scripts, email templates, and process guidelines.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Manage high volumes of customer interactions while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Adhere to compliance, process guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in International Customer Service or International Insurance processes.
Experience in UK Insurance or US Insurance is highly preferred.
Exposure to Life Insurance, Retirement, or Pension services is an added advantage.
Candidates with international chat or email support experience who are comfortable handling voice support are welcome to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility
Graduation is mandatory.
1–4 years of experience in an International Insurance or International Customer Service process is required.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Candidates must be willing to work in UK rotational shifts.
Notice period should be between 0–30 days.
Employment gap should not exceed 10 months.
