Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
Role Overview
TCS is hiring an experienced Interview Scheduling Specialist to support global Talent Acquisition operations. The role involves coordinating interview schedules across multiple time zones, managing stakeholder communication, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews for global hiring teams.
- Manage interview calendars, interviewer availability, and meeting logistics.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams and Hiring Managers to ensure timely interview scheduling.
- Communicate interview details, confirmations, and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and manage last-minute changes with minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems.
- Prepare and share scheduling reports, trackers, and status updates using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, recruitment processes, and quality standards.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in Interview Scheduling, Talent Acquisition Operations, or Recruitment Coordination.
- Experience supporting US, UK, or other international recruitment processes is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of interview coordination across multiple time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar systems.
- Exposure to Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
- Familiarity with interview scheduling automation tools.
- Basic understanding of US recruitment compliance and hiring processes.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and time management skills.

- Candidates should be willing to work from the Mumbai or Bangalore office in Night Shift.
