To be responsible for configuring, installing, troubleshooting and managing PC hardware and software applications and patches as per the user needs.

To configure, manage and maintain the LAN and WAN networking components like Routers, Switches, Server and modem, etc.

To provide technical support and remote assistance to the clients in order to resolve the tickets addressed by users.

To resolve the issues occur in real-time basis.

To configure and troubleshoot Outlook email management

To backup and recover the user data's and emails in case of any disasters.
