Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–10 Years
Band: BPO 2 / 3 / 4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Job Description

We are looking for an Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations with strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in Cards Operations, particularly Disputes & Collections, along with strong proficiency in the Italian language.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections processes.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prepare and manage MIS reports accurately and efficiently.
Have strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.
Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Meet stringent client deliverables and service-level requirements.
Deliver effective presentations when required.
Communicate fluently in Italian – both written and verbal.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: 2–10 years
Strong proficiency in Italian language (written and verbal).
Experience/knowledge in Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Strong client communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
