Responsibilities include :




  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

     

  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

     

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues they may encounter, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

     

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries effectively.

     

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected.

     

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices to enhance your performance.





Qualifications:

HSC + 1 Year Experience in BPO Graduates

+ 9 Months Experience in BPO Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
