Job Overview

We are looking for newly qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) or Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) to join our Finance & Accounting team in Chennai. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their professional careers and gain experience in corporate finance, accounting, and financial operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher or qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) fresher.

• 0–1 years of experience.

• CA/CMA qualification is mandatory.

• Candidates must be willing to work in US night shifts.

• Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai can apply.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

• Assist with financial reporting, accounting entries, and reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Assist in reviewing financial information and identifying discrepancies.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, as required.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve finance-related queries.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling financial information.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.

• Understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.

• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Work Location & Shift Details

• Base Location: Chennai.

• Shift: US Night Shift.

• Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate to Chennai are eligible.

• Cab Facility: Provided.

• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.

Interview Process

There will be two rounds of interviews:

1. HR Interview.

2. Technical / Skills Interview.
