About the Role
Join a leading organization as a Language Interpreter (English + Malayalam), supporting U.S.-based customers through real-time interpretation. You'll facilitate accurate communication between English and Malayalam speakers while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken)
Minimum 1–2 years of International BPO/Call Center experience supporting U.S. customers
Prior language interpretation experience is highly preferred
Excellent listening, communication, and note-taking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational U.S. shifts
Familiarity with CRM tools or interpreting platforms is an advantage
