About Role
Join a leading global language solutions provider as a Language Interpreter – English & Spanish. In this role, you'll facilitate real-time communication between English and Spanish speakers, ensuring accurate, professional, and culturally appropriate interpretation for U.S.-based customers in a fast-paced international environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of International Voice/Call Center experience supporting U.S. customers .
Fluent in spoken English and Spanish.
Prior Spanish interpretation experience is highly preferred.
Excellent listening, note-taking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with interpreting platforms, CRM tools, or call center systems is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite in Noida (candidates outside Delhi NCR/Noida must be willing to relocate).
Comfortable working rotational US (PST) shifts.
