Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Finance Analyst – Procure to Pay (PTP) to support end-to-end finance operations, manage stakeholder queries and escalations, ensure process compliance, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage PTP activities, including procurement, PO processing, invoice processing, invoice resolution, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
Handle helpdesk queries, client escalations, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure SOPs are documented, updated, and followed consistently.
Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports for internal leadership.
Analyze process errors, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
Maintain strong controls, accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
Support team coordination, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Use MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, for reporting and analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in PTP / Finance & Accounting operations, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure to Pay processes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Experience in team handling, client escalations, and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to work flexible shifts from the Nagpur location.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, BBA, BCCA, MBA, or a related discipline.
