Hiring: Manager – Domain Expert | Utilities

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 10–15 Years
Band: BPO 5/6
CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA

Are you a Utilities Domain Expert with strong expertise in Electricity & Gas operations across Australian & UK retail markets? This could be your next opportunity!

Key Expertise: Meter-to-Cash / Customer-to-Cash
Customer lifecycle, metering, tariffs & billing
Payments, collections, complaints & exceptions
Process improvement, RCA, analytics & value creation
Automation, controls & transformation
Cross-functional stakeholder management

Experience: 8–10+ years in BPO/Shared Services/Operations/Transformation, including 5+ years in Utilities
Bachelor’s degree required | Lean Six Sigma preferred
