JOB DESCRIPTION

Group claim and Individual claim assessment. Ensuring departmental defined TAT achieved with quality

Achieving productivity and quality targets

Operational excellence: Ensuring departmental defined TAT achieved with quality

Being a good team player and due diligence maintained across work

Team Management

Co-ordination with various departments for various requirements (CPC, UW, Accounts, UAT, IT, Sales, Actuarial)

Liasoning with Reinsurer

Requirement:-

Good Communication Skills - 7/10

Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines

Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office

Education:-Bsc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm / MBA

Experience in death claims assessment - individual or groups

Weekly off; Saturday & Sunday Fixed off

Must be upto 35 years
