Mandarin Language Expert - Banking Customer Support - Bangalore - Onsite - Up to 10 LPA

Band: BPO 2-3

Salary: Up to 10 LPA

Shift: APAC Business Hours - Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring Mandarin Language Expert for Banking Customer Support in Bangalore! If you are fluent in Mandarin (HSK Certified preferred) and have experience in Customer Service in Banking or Financial Services, this is a perfect opportunity for you.

MUST HAVE:

- Fluent in Mandarin - Read, Write, Speak - HSK Certification Preferred

- Experience in Customer Service / Contact Center - Banking / Financial Services preferred

- Knowledge of Digital Banking products and services preferred

- Graduation - Any stream - Full-time education

YOUR ROLE - What You Will Do:

- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and social media

- Handle incoming calls, live chats, and emails related to digital banking products and services

- Assist customers with account-related issues including account openings, closings, and maintenance

- Achieve performance targets and KPIs related to call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and response time

- Identify and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and new banking regulations

- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience

- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain customer confidentiality
