Hiring: Master Data Management Lead | Chennai | Up to ₹9 LPA

Location: Chennai
Experience: 5–8 Years
Band: BPO 3
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

Must-Have Skills

5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, or Master Data Management
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle management
Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems such as ADX, WinTeam, LISA, or similar platforms
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and data management skills
Experience in employee master data administration and HR transactions
Ability to collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and IT teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee master data, including cost centers, compensation, job titles, supervisors, office locations, promotions, transfers, and primary job numbers.
Process employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, promotions, leave of absence (LOA), returns, terminations, reactivations, and employee status changes.
Manage subcontractor records and personal action requests.
Prepare and analyze reconciliation reports between HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate data and resolving system fallouts.
Perform manual corrections and maintain data integrity across all HR systems.
Conduct audits on pay rates, anniversary bonuses, job data, and benefits-related changes to ensure compliance.
Process employee information updates, including address, contact details, banking information, and identification records.
Raise and track IT service requests related to employee master data and system access.
Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and IT teams to ensure seamless employee data management and compliance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
