Job Opportunity: Media Operator II T2 (TCS)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Media Operator II to deliver high-quality technical QC, editing, mastering, and content preparation services. The role involves supporting global operations (EMEA & APAC) with a strong focus on compliance, localization, and asset processing.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Quality Control (QC)

Perform end-to-end QC for video/audio content (long-form & short-form)
Identify issues such as audio sync errors, loudness non-compliance, color issues, subtitle defects, and UHD/HDR inconsistencies
Document QC findings and maintain accurate reports

Editing & Compliance

Execute edits based on compliance/censorship guidelines
Perform mastering and re-mastering for different platforms
Handle format conversions, transcodes, and version corrections

Asset Management & Processing

Maintain technical metadata including timecodes and QC results
Prepare and process assets for VOD/digital delivery (UHD/HDR/Dolby formats)

Issue Resolution & Workflow Support

Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
Collaborate with teams on escalations and process improvements
Support SOP updates and workflow enhancements

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma/Degree in Media, Video Production, Post-Production, or related field
Strong experience in broadcast, post-production, or media operations
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid Pro Tools
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
