What You'll Do
As an MIS & Reporting Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing reporting, analyzing collections data, developing dashboards, and providing meaningful insights that improve operational performance and business decision-making.
Management Information Systems (MIS) & Reporting
Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders and senior leadership.
Prepare reports on collection performance, outstanding receivables, aging analysis, and operational KPIs.
Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable reporting across business functions.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Interpret collection performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
Present key findings and business insights through reports and presentations.
Support data-driven decision-making across Finance and Operations teams.
Database & Data Management
Monitor and manage collections data from multiple sources.
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
Support database maintenance and reporting enhancements.
Process Improvement & Automation
Evaluate existing reporting and collections processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop automated reporting solutions using Excel Macros and VBA.
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to streamline reporting systems and improve operational efficiency.
Support implementation of new reporting tools and process automation initiatives.
Collections & Compliance Support
Assist in developing collection strategies and reporting frameworks.
Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and reporting processes.
Support internal audits and regulatory reviews by preparing required reports and documentation.
Ensure reporting complies with company policies and governance standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in:
MIS Reporting
Business Reporting
Data Analysis
Financial Reporting
Collections Reporting
Business Intelligence
Advanced proficiency in:
Microsoft Excel
VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
Macros
Financial Modeling
Database Management Systems (DBMS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle.
Exposure to B2B Collections or Accounts Receivable operations.
Experience working in Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
