Job Summary:

Are you passionate about networking, telecom technologies, and troubleshooting complex network environments? We're looking for a Network Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in provisioning, configuring, and supporting enterprise telecom and network infrastructure.

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, provisioning, monitoring, and supporting telecom and networking services while ensuring optimal network performance and reliability. You will troubleshoot network issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with last-mile access networks, routers, switches, and other network infrastructure. You will also assist in the design, configuration, and maintenance of telecom hardware and software systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality network solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and telecom technologies, including FTTB, FTTN, VDSL, Copper Networks, and GPON. You should possess a solid understanding of network topology, telecom processes, switching systems, cabling, fiber optics, LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures. Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, and VoIP is essential. Experience with MPLS, Metro Ethernet, ATM, and Frame Relay will be an advantage, while exposure to Nokia, Juniper, or Cisco networking platforms (78xx, 65xx), routers, switches, and firewalls is highly desirable.

Candidates should have 1–5 years of experience in Networking or Telecom and possess a B.E. in Electronics & Communication or Information Technology, a Diploma in Electronics & Communication, or a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). CCNA Certification or CCNA training is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, from either Gandhinagar or Hyderabad.
