Role/Skill: Network Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad | Pune

Job Description

We are looking for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in endpoint and basic network support. The role involves providing L1/L2 support for end-user systems and assisting with day-to-day network and security operations. Candidates should have basic knowledge of Cisco Switching & Routing and Palo Alto Firewall fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide endpoint support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and standard IT applications.
Troubleshoot basic network issues related to LAN, VLANs, IP addressing, and connectivity.
Assist in monitoring and performing basic configuration checks on Cisco switches and routers.
Support Palo Alto Firewall operations, including rule verification, NAT checks, and log monitoring.
Respond to incidents and service requests as per SLA guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Cisco Switching & Routing.
Understanding of Palo Alto Firewall fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Mandatory certification: CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.
