Real Estate Sourcing Specialist

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–7 Years

Role Summary

Support sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace-related categories by coordinating sourcing events, supplier interactions, documentation, commercial analysis, and contract-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sourcing activities including supplier outreach, bid comparison, and commercial evaluation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather scope, requirements, service levels, site details, and budget expectations.
Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance checks.
Maintain sourcing records, supplier information, commercial files, and contract trackers.
Track renewals, milestones, supplier commitments, and service issues.
Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier performance data to identify savings opportunities.
Assist with negotiations, supplier review meetings, and corrective-action follow-ups.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, approval controls, documentation standards, and audit requirements.

Education
