Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst
Location: Noida
Experience: 5–15 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to lead and oversee regulatory reporting activities within a controlled and regulated financial services environment. The role involves ensuring the completeness, accuracy, governance, and timely delivery of regulatory reporting across Capital, Liquidity, IFRS 9, Credit Risk, and Market Risk reporting processes.
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and challenging reporting outputs, managing reconciliations and controls, resolving reporting issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and submission timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Review and challenge regulatory reporting outputs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and review reconciliations, controls, adjustments, and analytical reporting outputs.
Manage manual adjustments with appropriate approvals, documentation, and audit trails.
Prepare management packs, variance analysis, and commentary for senior stakeholders.
Review data quality, reporting assumptions, methodologies, and identify potential control gaps.
Investigate and resolve reporting anomalies, reconciliation differences, and control breaks.
Manage governance, review, and sign-off processes for regulatory reporting outputs.
Ensure compliance with PRA requirements, regulatory reporting standards, governance expectations, and submission timelines.
Support responses to regulatory queries, internal audits, control reviews, and ad-hoc information requests.
Assess the impact of regulatory, process, and system changes on reporting activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and strengthening reporting controls.
Provide task allocation, technical guidance, training, and review support to junior team members.
Capital Reporting
Review and challenge COREP returns, including Own Funds, Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), and Capital Ratios.
Perform capital adequacy analysis covering CET1, Tier 1, and Total Capital.
Review capital reconciliations, consolidation adjustments, and regulatory calculations.
Support and provide oversight across ICAAP and Economic Capital reporting activities.
Liquidity Reporting
Support the production, review, and submission of liquidity regulatory returns.
Manage end-to-end liquidity reporting activities involving Treasury, Risk, Finance, and source systems.
Prepare and review regulatory returns including PRA110, LCR, NSFR, and ALM.
Apply regulatory adjustments, assumptions, and liquidity metrics calculations.
Regulatory & IFRS 9 Reporting
Support preparation and submission of Bank of England / PRA regulatory returns.
Exposure to end-to-end IFRS 9 model execution and monitoring.
Support Finance and Risk reporting activities.
Perform data aggregation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting analysis across Credit Risk and Market Risk reporting.

Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Qualified Accountant such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, or equivalent relevant experience.
FRM, CFA, or MBA Finance will be preferred.
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or another quantitative discipline will be beneficial.
Preferred certifications include Financial Risk Management (FRM) and IFRS 9.
