Job Description – Onboarding Manager – HRO Services

Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 9–12 Years
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA
Band: BPO 5
Shift: Night Shift – anytime between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager – HRO Services to lead end-to-end employee onboarding and implementation activities. The role will involve client management, process coordination, compliance, HRIS operations, team leadership, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for client employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Partner with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver customized onboarding solutions.
Develop and monitor onboarding plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure all employee documentation is collected, verified, processed, and maintained as per regulatory requirements.
Facilitate employee onboarding through HRIS platforms and ensure accurate data management.
Communicate policies, benefits, and onboarding information effectively to employees and clients.
Track KPIs including onboarding timelines, client satisfaction, quality, and employee engagement.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Manage escalations and proactively resolve operational issues.
Provide regular performance reports, insights, and updates to leadership.
Lead and manage a team of 35+ members, ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
9–12 years of overall experience in HRO, HR Services, or related industries.
Minimum 5 years of experience in onboarding/implementation, preferably in a lead or managerial capacity.
Proven experience managing 35+ team members.
Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Comfortable working in a night-shift environment.
