We are looking for candidate with the following function:

Service Delivery Experience

Team handling

Experience in sales & retention

Inbound international process

Someone from technical process is preferred

Span of control - 80+ members

Location - Chennai… strictly from Chennai

Excellent communication skills

Total Experience - 7 to 8 years

Education - Graduate

Good reporting skills - Word, excel and Power Point (PPT)

Shift Timings : 6.30 pm onwards

It is a technical process, however sales and retention is a part of the process.
