Job title : OTC – Assistant Manager – Pricing
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced OTC – Assistant Manager – Pricing professional to support pricing strategy, commercial finance, deal structuring, and pricing governance. The role involves working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to develop commercially viable and customer-focused pricing solutions that support revenue growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and optimize pricing strategies to support revenue growth and profitability.
Support deal structuring and pricing for RFQ/RFP responses.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams on pricing and commercial requirements.
Perform financial analysis, modeling, and margin optimization.
Evaluate cost structures, P&L impact, and commercial viability of pricing proposals.
Support pricing strategy and execution across multiple deals.
Ensure adherence to contract and pricing governance requirements.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to support pricing decisions.
Manage multiple pricing and commercial engagements within defined deadlines.
Prepare reports and maintain appropriate pricing controls.
Support ongoing pricing governance and stakeholder engagement.
Must-Have Skills
BPS, Pricing & Contracting
7–8 years of experience in Pricing / Commercial Finance / FP&A / Contracting
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of cost-based, value-based, and competitive pricing strategies.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Experience in global and client-facing environments is preferred.
Knowledge of data visualization tools is an added advantage.
