Job Title : OTC Assistant Manager – Pricing & Contracting | Finance & Accounting | Chennai

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced OTC Assistant Manager – Pricing & Contracting to join our Finance & Accounting team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Contract Management with strong expertise in pricing strategies, financial analysis, and commercial deal structuring. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business stakeholders to develop competitive pricing models, optimize profitability, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Support commercial deal structuring, RFQs/RFPs, and contract pricing activities.
Perform financial modelling, cost analysis, margin analysis, and profitability assessments.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contract teams on pricing approvals.
Maintain pricing governance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and management insights.
Work with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for pricing and financial processes.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to support business decisions.
Manage multiple pricing requests while meeting strict deadlines.
Drive continuous process improvements and support stakeholder governance meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Contracting.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, commercial finance, and cost structures.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in global/client-facing environments is preferred.

Shift: Night Shift (12:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
