Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Candidates must have;
Strong Pega Robotics technical skills with a very good development
Should have good experience in trouble shooting technical issues
in production environment.
Very strong communication and customer facing skills.
Should be able to elicit requirement from business user and create a design
documents specific to Pega Robotics
Should be able to guide/mentor junior developers
Should be flexible and ready to work under tight deadlines
Candidates should Win 7 & 10 environment and understanding of infrastructure. Experiencei n working with different version of Pega Robotics would be an added
advantage
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Hardcore development (desirable to have knowledge of maintenance of existing processes)
Release and Prod Change deployment
Troubleshoot prod issues
Regular monitoring and availability
Troubleshoot issues related to Desktop automation
