Hiring: Process Associate – Voice Advanced

Kolkata | 1–5 Yrs | Up to ₹7 LPA
24×7 Rotational Shifts | International Voice | Customer Service

About the Role
Join an international Electricity & Gas Utilities customer-service process. Handle complex billing queries, complaints, escalations, retention conversations and difficult customers with empathy, accuracy and professionalism.

⭐ Requirements

  • 2–5 years international voice customer-service experience preferred

  • Excellent spoken English and professional communication

  • Strong active listening, probing, objection handling and de-escalation skills

  • Experience handling complaints, escalations and complex queries

  • Strong ownership, empathy and problem-solving skills

  • Willing to work rotational/night shifts and weekends

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
